Beginning Wednesday, March 22, W Scottsdale will roll out The Sculpt Sessions with Lucas James.
Celebrity personal trainer Lucas James, who you may have seen on Bravo TV, US Weekly, or Huffington Post, is one of the nation’s premier fitness trainers. As the recent winner of “Best Trainer” in the Valley by Arizona Foothills, James’s luxury fitness and nutrition company is the states only accredited business of its kind offering a triple-threat focus on medical, nutrition and healthy lifestyle. James provides private in-home personal training and is a nationally recognized force in the fitness industry with over 10,000 hours of personal training experience.
The heart-pounding workout series will be held at 6:00pm on select Wednesdays in March and April, and is open to all fitness levels (must be 18+). Participants are encouraged to arrive at 5:30PM to check-in and warm-up. The Sculpt Sessions with Lucas James will rotate four calorie-torching workouts, including:
March 22, 2017: Booty & Fat Burner Class
Tighten and firm your booty with Lucas’s all-out group circuit using resistance and body weight exercises to burn fat
April 5, 2017: Tight + Toned Up Class
Sweat it out and tone up with this total-body group fitness workout targeting the upper and lower body
April 12, 2017: Cardio + Core Circuit Class
Spike the heart rate and burn your core with Lucas’ killer ab workout including short-bursts of cardio exercises
April 26, 2017: HIIT the Pool Deck Class
A full-body high intensity interval workout geared to burn calories and build lean muscle
